Minimum Order
There is NO Minimum order on all web orders.
Shipping Fee & Pickup at Store
Toronto customers can use the option to purchase the item online and pick it up in-store within a 2 weeks period while orders will be ready for pick up as indicated in the confirmation email.
Shipping fees are calculated at the time of purchase and are determined by product weight, size, and quantity. Heavy and bulky items require special attention and must be shipped separately. For these items, a standard rate will be charged. Special shipping or handling charges may apply for oversized or heavy packages. Tracking information will be provided via email following shipment of your order.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products are exempt from our standard shipping program due to their size, girth, weight or susceptibility to damage. These items cannot be shipped by commercial carrier. Any products with these restrictions have messages to alert you of the restriction.
Damaged Shipments
To protect your purchases each order is carefully packed. Apco Enterprise Inc is not responsible for commercial carrier damage occurring during transit. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, please notice the suspected damage on the carrier’s delivery log. Please contact us immediately and we will help you file the damage claim and when necessary, Apco will re-ship your order.
