Returns
Original packaging and ALL of its content must be present and returned including manuals, accessories and gifts with purchase or other included or bonus items. Original package must be in good condition. Incomplete or physical damaged returns may be refused.
For all returns, original invoice (receipt) must be provided.
Apco Enterprise Inc will issue a replacement or store credit (only product’s cost), but no refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase, and notify us within 7 days of Apco’s invoice or Apco’s shipping date of the product, and Apco Enterprise Inc receive and check the return. All return items are unopened items and must be sent out to Apco within 10 days of Apco’s invoice date or Apco’s shipping date by customer cost of delivery.
In addition, if you’re unsatisfied with products you purchased from Apco Enterprise Inc., you can exchange your item(s) as the following as:
- Items purchased online can be exchange exclusively at Apco Enterprise Inc. retail stores within 7 days of purchase
- Items purchased at Apco Enterprise Inc retail store must be exchanged in-store within 7 days of purchase
- You must have an original invoice (receipt) to complete your exchange.
- Items must be unused and unwashed with original package in good condition, including manuals and specifications.
A restocking charge of 20% will apply to all items returned where Apco Enterprise Inc. has made no error in merchandizing or shipping. All returns must arrive in the original packaging in good condition and all freight charges for the return of goods are to be paid by the customer.
When we received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return are approved, then your refund (after 20% restock charge) will be processed as store credit.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchange an item without an original receipt will not be accepted.
Electric panels, breakers, fuses, relays & contact, all tools, cut wire & special ordered wire cable, and special order etc are not returned.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items.
