Out-of-Stock Items and Back Orders

In the event only some products are in stock at the time the order is placed, Apco will let customer know the situation. Customer should let Apco know if the in-stock items will be shipped immediately, or with the backordered items together to ship when stock is replenished.

Special orders, discontinued parts, and non-stock items are sold as final sale and are not eligible for return.

 

All in-stock items will be shipped within 1-2 business days Monday thru Friday.

Please allow 48 hours for processing and be sure to provide all address details including apartment/suite/building number, and company name if applicable. We do not ship to PO boxes unless additional information is provided.

Each mailing order will include a tracking number. Orders that cannot be received for whatever reason will either be re-shipped (at the customer’s expense) or cancelled. In that case, you will be contacted.

Apco is not responsible for any loss and/or delays of products following shipment from our warehouse to the shipping address due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances such as severe weather or carrier service interruptions. Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity, and cannot be used as a reason for cancelling an order. The customer is responsible for all costs related to incorrectly addressed orders.

Apco is not responsible for improper application, misuse, incorrect installation, or misapplication of goods, intentional or otherwise.
